Shipments and returns

UK Mainland : For products to be delivered within the United Kingdom we will ship either by courier using APS, or by Royal Mail. Someone must be available at your delivery address to sign for the parcel when it arrives. A flat charge of £4.99 is made for any number of normal items. Large Items(kg) may attract a larger charge. We will advise you of this before payment.

We aim to dispatch all stock orders within 5 working days of the order being placed. Please allow up to 21 working days for delivery. Goods are not dispatched until full payment is received.

We will advise on delivery times for Bespoke or Bulk orders.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Important Notice: If your parcel is delivered by a courier, DO NOT ACCEPT IT IF IT IS DAMAGED or RIPPED. If you do accept the parcel it must be signed for as damaged.If you fail to do this, Saltire Teamwear Ltd cannot be held responsible for any missing items and you will be liable for them
