Pricing

Except where stated, all prices DO NOT include delivery costs prior to confirming your transaction at the checkout, where they are applied to products. All prices may also be subject to alteration without prior notice.

Shopping could not be easier. Once you have selected your product and sizes click add to order. When you are finished shopping checkout and we will take some information from you before accepting payment.

Payment

Payment is made in UK pounds(sterling)For internet orders ALL payment must be made through World Pay. We will issue invoices but will not guarantee stock availability or accept your order until payment has been received in full.

Using your credit or debit card to make purchases over the Internet at secure websites like Saltire Teamwear Ltd has been statistically proven to be safer than ordering over the phone with a credit card number, or handing your card to a waiter in a restaurant.

To ensure the security of your transaction we use World Pay, an international payment processing organisation endorsed by RBS. Your card will be processed securely by World Pay using 128 bit encryption and remain completely private at all times. We do not retain your card details.

So please feel free to browse through our online catalogue and make your purchases with complete peace of mind.

All Clubs, Schools, Universities, Individuals - payment with order, or before despatch, unless otherwise agreed.

Guarantees and returns

All our products are guaranteed by our manufacturers against defective workmanship. You have the right to cancel within seven days of your contract with us, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer).

If you are unhappy with your order and wish to return it or exchange it, you must contact Saltire Teamwear Ltd for an authorisation number and advise the reason and the date for the return of goods. Any returns without an authorisation number may be delayed in processing. Following the acceptance of a return, only goods received in their original condition will qualify for a full refund.

We will reimburse 'accepted returns' within 5 working days.

We regret that no postage or carriage can be refunded for returned items. Additional postage charges of £4.99 (for UK and Northern Ireland) are applicable to any item sent out in exchange.
